My experience at Fox Harley Davidson is by far the best I've ever encountered when purchasing a vehicle. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The level of service was second to none.

Fox Harley is by far the best dealer that I have been to both in Canada and the US. I have purchased two bikes from Steve and the gang at Fox Harley and would never consider buying anywhere else. Stopped in this past Friday afternoon on day 2 of our 3-day road trip as we were experiencing a slight hiccup with one of our bikes. Unsettling vibration, rattle from my ride could not determine if this was external or internal. I was hoping for the best but expected the worst. I scheduled a test ride with head man Dan and voila! It was a broken exhaust clamp that was rattling and I was very happy that it wasn't in the engine or in my head! Top notch diagnostics! I am moving out of province and I will miss the professional service offered at Fox Harley Davidson!

We have recently made our second Harley bike purchase with Fox Harley Davidson and they continue to provide excellent service. All of the staff are highly skilled at their roles within the dealership and always make you feel like your business is important to them. I bought my first HD from Fox, I service it there and store it there every year. I have now bought my second bike from Fox. I dont know how the do it but they continue to surpass all expectations. Rita and I just wanted to let you know what a great experience we've had purchasing our new to us 2016 Ultra Limited. From the initial contact with Dan in Sales, to the final touches with Dan in Service, we couldn't be happier! Everyone there is friendly and helpful and we feel very comfortable when we're there, no pressure and no hard sales tactics. Just wanted to mention as well, hat's off to Dan in Service as I ordered an accessory in black that I didn't know came in chrome. Dan waited to before installing to double check as he knew by the other accessories I added, that this wasn't what I was looking for, a huge thank you to him!

I just picked up my new softtail slim s,( my 3rd bike form Fox). I figured it was about time that I took the time to thank you by passing on what a great experience getting this bike. The staff are friendly, and approachable, as well as knowledgeable and reliable. My bike was ready on time, and any questions I had were thoroughly answered. Their customer satisfaction is second to none, some how my battery drained overnight. I called them on a weekend and there was some one at my door within 1 hour ( I am 30 min drive at least), Phil installed a brand new battery no questions and I was on my way. Hats off to you guys!!

Just thought I would let everyone know that I have purchased many accessories from FOX Harley, for my Sportster most from Brody at the customer service desk as well as some clothing apparel with the help of the fantastic girls who welcome you into the shop like family every time. On a recent trip to Halifax, NS, I visited "Privateers" Harley Davidson and when they found out I lived near Owen Sound ,they asked me to bring a shot glass back for Chris, which I did. Anyways the main reason for this testimonial is , that a couple weeks ago I wanted to order in a Brand NEW Mustang seat for my ride, and was having some difficulty getting it ordered from the states. Well, when I mentioned this to Brody, he quickly called his ON supplier for "Mustang" and within 2 days , he called me back and my New saddle was there, ready for pickup. I was just so impressed with his professional service and attention to every detail. Kudo's to the best staff ever,from a loyal ,repeat customer for life!

We bought our new Ultra Limited this spring from Fox and enjoyed every minute. Unfortunately there was a minor recall that needed attention. Anthony called to say the parts were in for the repair and before I could even tell him when i could bring the bike in he offered to make the 1 1/2 hr. drive to pick our bike up do the recall repair and returned the bike 4 days later no extra charge.This great service is second to none, thanks to all the staff.Jamie & Kathy Neeb

After receiving such amazing service this summer from Fox H-D I felt compelled to share my experience here. Back in August my 2000 Sreamin' Eagle Road Glide lost power on Hwy 21, while my wife and I were heading up for a holiday in Kincardine. I called the dealership and spoke to Anthony in service. They came down to Kincardine to pick up the bike, with no hesitation at all. The power failure turned out to be a small issue; the fuel pump relay. While on the service bench their tech discovered a much bigger issue, one that could have had a potentially catastrophic outcome. One bolt on the belt pulley was completely sheared off from the rear hub, with two more loose that likely would have failed on my ride home to Windsor, had they not detected it. Two other dealers, who shall remain nameless, missed detecting the issue, while the bike was in recently for service. While there was a 2 1/2 week for the pulley from H-D USA, Anthony kept me informed every step of the way. This past Saturday Chris met me with the bike in Kincardine, to cut some time off my trip to and from Windsor. Imagine my surprise during our conversation when I found out he was the owner of the dealership! I was blown away. Plus on top of all this, they were able to sort out a recurring idle issue, with the Magnetti Marelli ecm. The bike ran like a champ all the way back to Windsor. I can't say enough great things about Fox H-D. Wonderful people, exceptional service. If I decide to trade this one in for a new Road Glide I would certainly talk to Fox first, before making any new purchase decision. Thanks again everyone. Tim Trombley

Best dealership in canada!!! I blew a front wheel bearing on my way up to OwenSound with my club for the weekend. I called Fox HD and told them what was going on. These people waited 45 mins after closing to put my bike inside for the night and even gave me a ride to my hotel. THEN these great people came in early to fix my bike so we could carry on with our weekend, oh.. even ended up fixing a recall I knew nothing about at no extra charge. I arrived for my scheduled oil change and a muffler clamp installation before storage and a technician noticed that my mufflers were not installed properly. This had put added stress on a muffler clamp that eventually failed. The technician disassembled my entire muffler system and reinstalled it correctly! "Riding up from Sudbury to Port Elgin I had a back wheel flat. I ride a Suzuki M109R Boulevard. I was able to get it plugged in Port Elgin but needed a new tire before I went home. Being the weekend of fathers day, my little one was looking forward to my return. I called up a bunch of places sat morning, fox being one of them and the closest to me. From the time I called to the installation of my tire I was treated with one of my best costumer experiences to date. "Thanks Fox. I broke my back the last day of 2012 tobogganing with my grand daughter. I was in a real predicament. I needed to get my bike in storage and winter finally came. Chris came down and picked it up. The guys did the service for winter storage and informed me that I needed a new back tire. It is nice to know that here is integrity at the other end, this proved out. I was on my back for about five months and wondered if I would ride again and I knew I could not leave it in storage for ever. I talked to Anthony and he told me not to worry about it. It was far into the riding season before I could ride. My bike was detailed perfectly and I was not charged for extra storage time. I would recommended Fox to all. But don't break your back to get there."

"I should have done this along time ago, like in 07. I had not rode in almost 15 years and had promised that the next ride would be a Harley or nothing. So on the Teusday after the long weekend in August, Elaine and I stopped at Fox Harley Davidson. I had a budget and was looking for a used Softail. They had 1 new Fatboy and I fell in lust with it,but I was not going to spend that much money. We thanked Steve and went out for dinner and during main the course Elaine commented that I may as well by the Fatboy and stop moping about the price. The Fox boys would take care of that. A week later my beloved Fatboy came home. NOT THE END OF STORY. 1 1/2 years later Elaine wanted a Harley of her own and thanks to Mike she came home with a new Buel Blast ( not the best choice)when everbody realized this Mike and Steve worked with her to trade the Buel and home came Blosum her 1200 Nightster. I had nothing to do with these deals Mike and Steve took care of the paper work. It is her bike bought and paid for by herself. Now in 2012 and a 100,000 KMs on the Fatboy with no problems it was going to be a spare bike. But when closing the deal on my new Ultra Classic Steve aked what I wanted for the Fatboy, he felt that was a fair price and the deal was completed. I hope that new owner enjoys riding it as much as I did. The People (Family) at Fox Harley Davidson made all this possible- From Service whenever I need it, (not when they have time)- to the Girls in the Clothing department- Mike and Steve in sales and the Fox Boys on the service desk. "I was in the market for a new Harley Davidson and had two bikes to trade in. After going to 3 other dealerships, it was obvious that I had to take a day, borrow a trailer and take both bikes up for an evaluation. Then I went to Fox's. I spoke to Mike and described the condition of both bikes. We made the deal that day, pending pictures that I would e-mail him. I was looking for a bike and had checked out just about every Harley dealership in Ontario. After searching for about two weeks I found the bike I wanted at Fox HD. The bike was A 2009 Sportster and had only 4000 miles on it. Other Hd dealerships were asking the same price for Sportsters that were 2-3 years older and with more miles on it. I e-mailed Mike Whalen and got all the info on the bike and after a couple of days I gave a deposit and went to the bank to get the balance. It had been almost 30 years since I had last owned a bike so when the wife and I went down to pick it up I was a bit nervous. We went inside and Immediately recognised Mike and met several other of the Fox HD team. It was a balmy 0 degrees when I picked the bike up and proceeded to ride it back to the Soo over 700 km the ride was Sweet and very cold to say the least. By the time I had finished my almost 9 hour ride my body was frozen but it took a few days to wipe that grin off my face. Should I ever decide to purchase another HD I will definitely buy from Fox HD you guys were awesome. Thank you.

"Stored bike at Fox for the winter, and had work completed. I spoke with Brody, about what I wanted for the bike,and he gave me suggestions that he and a Tech had discused for my bike. I wanted a loud rumble with the pipes, better tuning, and smooth response. We agreed on, New Vance & Hines, long shots(Great sound), Commander tuning system, new plugs, screaming eagle wires, and then set up on the Dyno. I was storing the bike at Fox for the winter, so had the work completed then. Picked the bike up a couple weeks ago, and as soon as I started the bike, I knew it was exactly what I wanted. Great sound, amazing increase in performance and power. Many thanks to Brody, and to Cody for the fine work on my bike. A dream to ride now ( 2003 Heritage Softail). The guys also cleaned and shined the bike, so when I picked it up, looked and felt like a brand new bike. Get many looks and comments on the bike!! Thanks guys."

"I was going to buy an older used bike last fall. In fact I had put down a deposit. It was going to be my 1st Harley. I had Fox service the bike, they were wonderful, and also saved my bacon. They advised me of all the problems the bike had and all the costs associated. They were honest and up front. I took the bike back. Fox charged me a minimal fee for all the service. I have since purchased a much nicer and newer bike at a lower cost. Looking forward to getting my bike. I will always take it to Fox Harley Davidson for regular services and Winter storage. "Dropped into the shop Sat. morning (10 mins after you opened for the day)(July 30th) had no appointment,as had an issue with my Softail ( 100 year Anniversary bike) the night before. Gas line had disconnected from the tank, and I wanted to ensure what had caused it. As soon as I got out of my truck(Bike in back) the guys came to see what I needed. I explained the issue, and they said we will take a look in about 15 mins. I went to look at the shop, and what a great shop it is. I looked out 10 mins later, and they were at my truck already. When I came over, they had already fixed the problem, and explained to me what had happened. Said to enjoy the ride, and look after it. What a tremendous service, and first impression left with me. "I should have written this in 2007. That is when Chris went out of his way to get my retirement bike for me. All the transactions were completed on the phone up to the actual purchase. The honesty and trust is very important to me. I called London, Owen Sound and Barrie and told them I wanted a 2007 Ultra with specific assesories. I also told them that who ever called back first would get my sale. Chris called and said he fould the bike I wanted but it is on its way to Calgary. Did I still want it? The rest is history. I still own the bike and get all must service completed at FOX when I am not on a trip. I find the staff and service to be one of the best I have encountered in Canada or the States. "I want to thank Ian & Tom for getting my '02 Heritage up and running after the ignition switch shorted out. We were on a ride in the Grey Bruce area when my bike wouldn't start and had it taken to Fox for repairs. Ian figured out what was wrong pretty quickly but didn't have the necessary parts in stock to do a complete repair. However, he was able to patch the switch back together enough to allow me to get back to Mich. with no further issues. He even took the time to list the neccessary parts I would need to fix the problem once back in the states. Can't thank Ian and Tom enough about getting me up and running & it relieved a lot of anxiety about getting back safely.
